SOURCING CRITERIA
– Identification of Supplier – Assessment of supplier by filling up the supplier assessment form. – Visit to vendor place to check the Quality of material and system. – Registration of supplier – Evaluation of Supplier by their – Quality Commitment. – Timely delivery of material.
PRE SHIPMENTS CHECKS
– Each and every product are checked at every stage of the production i.e. from Cutting to Embroidery, Stitching & Finishing & Packing. – All the product are pass thru Metal Detector Machine before final dispatch. – Pre shipment inspection done at time of 90% packing done on random pullout basis. -Broken Needle and sharp tools Records are maintained. – We are committed to maintain the quality of manufactured products
